Latest Update

Soggy messy is what it is.

I have been out playing in the mud. Well, not really playing, more like working. I still have not come to a final decision on what the flooring should be in my greenhouse. I keep flipping back and forth between an all-natural earthen floor and pouring a slab. Convenience and cost are the driving factors in both respectively. Anyway, I have got to make a decision quickly because I am running out of time to get these things done according to the schedule created.

Let's move on to updates.

Peppers

These seem to be doing good. They are a bit small but they have a lot of flavor. I think the reason they are this size is that I don't have them in an enclosed environment or shaded. They take the beating of this Belizean sun for about 6 hours every day, which is really intense when it is shining.

Seeding

I have started more seeds even though I haven't built my greenhouse yet. I really need to get back on schedule. I managed to stay safe from COVID until last weekend when I attended an auction and that's where I believe I was exposed to it. Needless to say, it messed up the schedule. It was during that "down" time, I got to thinking that I need to get seeds started. So I did.
