Second Harvest

A little less this time Didn’t harvest as much this second time but it was enough for what I needed. The iceberg lettuce(top center), didn’t do as well. It does tolerate this heat. The other plants seem to have done well given they were left longer to grow.

Eating cucumbers I harvested

Harvesting cucumbers The flavor of these cucumbers did not disappoint me at all! I had been looking forward to trying them for quite some time. The reason is because the plant itself, with no fruit on it, smells so good. it smells of cool cucumber. So fresh and cool.

Eating items of the harvest

Chinese garlic cheese biscuits I decided to try and bake something different. These turned out better than I thought they would. I really did enjoy them. Once the next grow of chinese garlic is ready to harvest, I’ll surely be making these biscuits again.

Other things

Update Papaya Bell peppers Growing more. After harvest This is what things look like after I have now harvested a few items. The kale is about ready to harvest. The basil is ready to harvest. The lettuce in the far back is past due for harvesting.
