Well, I harvested my very FIRST hydroponic pineapple that was started from another pineapple top. All the pineapples I have growing right now are all tops cut from other pineapples. Instead of throwing them into the compost bin, they were put in hydroponic nutrients. I have to say again that I am truly amazed that these pineapples have grown. I am super pumped! It took about 2 years for these pineapples to fruit in the hydroponic nutrients, I don't know how long it's going to take others I have in the ground to fruit.
